Working to your brief, we do extensive research in target companies to identify outstanding candidates. We screen and interview them based on the skills and experience you are looking for before presenting a diverse shortlist of 4-6 people. We aim to complete my search assignments in three months, from taking the brief to acceptance of the offer. Fees are based on either a % of salary or more usually a flat fee agreed up front.

We can help by researching the employment marketplace and identifying similar roles and reporting structures.
