My Board and Team Facilitation work is designed to help senior teams have the conversations that matter — particularly when the issues are complex, sensitive or strategically important.
That might mean helping a board to:

✅ tackle difficult decisions
✅ hear all voices in the room
✅ separate facts from assumptions
✅ move from discussion to direction
Having sat around leadership tables myself, I know how easy it can be for important conversations to become circular, overly cautious or dominated by the usual voices.
A good facilitator does not take over the conversation. Instead, they help create the conditions for a better one.
