Tania has been a leading figure in the retail resourcing market for several years. She spent her early career with larger consultancies in London gaining an insight into the industry before specialising in the boutique resourcing sector where she was able to gain closer client and candidate contact. During her career she has had considerable success across all areas of retail from Buying & Merchandising to Retail Operations, Technical and Design sectors.

Most recently, along with Sue Willis, Tania established and built the Retail Division within a boutique resourcing practice. She consistently delivered a range of recruitment solutions for leading Blue Chip retail organisations across Buying and Merchandising and Retail.

After taking a short sabbatical Tania has joined Sue at court & spark to continue building the Buying and Merchandising Practice.

Tania brings with her a vast amount of industry and recruitment experience and is committed to providing excellent service through forming strong and lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
