Sue Willis Director - Head Office Practice

Sue has spent her career of 25 years working within the retail industry. An HR specialist originally, she worked for Bhs and The Burton (now Arcadia) Group in a number of HR roles.

In the 10 years she worked in the organisation she managed the HR function for the Finance and Distribution Centre as well as the senior retail team at Dorothy Perkins. She also supported the head office buying and merchandising teams within Principles and Racing Green before moving into resourcing.

Sue moved into specialist resourcing with a boutique recruitment business managing assignments across buying, merchandising, retail operations and HR. She spent 10 years successfully building a strong candidate and client base within these areas. During this time she became an expert in her field, working for many major high street retailers in the UK gaining a very impressive assignment record as well as loyal relationships with candidates and clients. Her work included a high level of confidential search as well as advertised selection.

In 2009 Sue joined the team at court and spark to further develop its’ business focus on middle and senior roles within buying and merchandising and head office roles. She heads up our Head Office Practice handling senior roles for a number of niche and global retailers.
