I am delighted to be able to claim that court & spark have placed me not once, but twice into great roles. It must be stressed however that they are not one of these agencies that keep placing you and headhunting you out again – no – court & spark are far too ethical to behave that way! The 2nd time around, I contacted Pauline because the business she initially placed me in had been bought and my role had changed considerably, leading me to acknowledge the fact that I needed to move on. As ever, Pauline knew just the role for me! She was open and honest all the way through the process that it wouldn’t be quick, but she kept the communication going throughout the 4 months that it eventually took to get to offer stage, and I am quite certain that this will be a business that I can stay and grow with.

From my first conversation with Claire I found court &spark extremely personable, professional and absolutely had a ´best match´ attitude with regards client skills, so different from other, more well known organisations I was dealing with at the time. It also seemed that from the clients perspective she was seeking the best match for the role too, and it was only after we met and she interviewed me that she felt I would have suited the role and therefore would progress my application What sets them apart from other agencies is the honesty and communication piece - Claire kept in constant touch with me and kept me abreast of what was going on - even if there was no movement she still checked in regularly to ensure I knew what was happening. Ultimately court & spark stood head and shoulders above the other agencies due to their process of selection and best fit of the candidate - it was only after spending time with Claire did she feel I was suitable for the role, and the role was suitable for me, not like the other agencies who worked en mass to fill vacancies with a dated database of candidates whom they have never met nor found out what motivates them

It was a pleasure doing business with court & spark! Having briefed the team to provide good quality candidates that had been properly screened, that’s exactly what they delivered! I was extremely pleased with the calibre of candidates put forward & even those that were not successful were well worth seeing. In particular, Andrea treated all of the candidates professionally & did a great job keeping in touch with them until they started with us. We will be opening a number of new stores next year and will definitely be using court & spark to fill our Management vacancies in 2009!

I had no idea that job hunting could be so much fun!! I have worked closely with Claire over the past couple of months and she has been amazingly supportive throughout the entire process - not to mention patient! She has demonstrated a real understanding and thorough knowledge of the Brands that she is recruiting for. I met with four consultancies to help me to return to work after taking a career break, however court & spark stood out far beyond the others. Both Claire and Pauline were not only professional they were very personable on our first meeting they had re researched my background and had identified a job that suited my experience as well as my personality and style.
