Focus on: Main Board Practice

court & spark’s Main Board Practice has been launched on the back of the increasing number of executive searches we are handling in relation to Board appointments. The Practice will be led by experienced headhunter Fiona Davidson who has joined the court & spark team in January 2012.

Our Main Board Practice will oversee executive search for the most senior corporate executives including Chairman, Non-Executive Directors, Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Talent Officer, Marketing and Commercial Directors. Recent appointments include CEOs for a City Law Firm, a Leisure chain and a Market research organisation.

Fiona has a wealth of experience handling senior executive search within the retail sector and across a variety of other industries including consumer goods, healthcare, finance and professional services. Her experience working across a variety of sectors and international markets is particularly valuable for court & spark’s clients who wish to access experienced business operators from outside the retail environment in order to ensure their corporate boards benefits from a broad range of business experience and background.
