They could see a huge gap in the market for a business that would consistently behave with integrity and that treated both clients and candidates in an ethical and considerate way.
At court & spark we aspire to being the best in the market place, not the biggest! Our success to date is based on great communication and an honest and straightforward approach. This has allowed us to build strong client and candidate relationships whilst providing them with the best service levels in the industry.
